  1. I received a post-dated cheque from someone from his personal savings account, but now he refuses to clear it. The bank confirmed the account and cheque with me. However, the cheque was deliberately issued to me from an old chequebook of ten years by that individual, and today he says he will file a complaint against me to the police over the fact that he did not issue the cheque is ten years old. What should I do in this situation? Is that cheque expired and no longer valid? Is it advisable to draw the cheque on a bank? Could you please elaborate on the positives and negatives? Thank you.
