I thought I was only one or very few of those who suffer from the non-working of Retirees portal but now I see that the portal has not been useful for plenty of retired personnel of the Bank. Hope the Bank does something and those concerned really feel concerned and come to the rescue of the retired personnel who for no fault of theirs are not able to use the portal.

  9. I’m finding the retiree app as of no use. Every time I’ve tried to login it says incorrect user ID or password. I’ve used the one time password given by the portal but still the problem exists. Even email updates are not allowed in updates. It says email update failed MML……

    In spite of several requests from the retirees THERE HAS BEEN NO RESPONSE !

    It’s PATHETIC and reflects very poorly on the bank and the executives incharge of the portal !

The mobile no. registered in my account is presently not in use and I have changed the mobile no everywhere where it was registered/linked including Indian Bank SB A/c nos. but not given any intimation to bank to change it in my Retiree Portal. Now presently when I am trying to Log in in my RETIREE PORTAL in new system it sends OTP to log in in the portal where it shows OTP send to my old mobile no. I have intimated the problem to concerned branch i.e. Strand Road branch but they informed me that they failed to change it. Please guide me.

    For loving in indian bank retireis portal after putting SR No . They require OTP of registered mobile no.
    But so many employees having problem of mobile no was old. Due to non use. That no was aloted to another persons . In my case 8983769563 is registered but it was with another person . The otp generated will be going to that person.
    So my request is to change this method. Use finger prints for verification. Or face to open this portal.
